Financing luxury homes for Mexicans

If you’re Mexican and would like to purchase luxury real estate, our real estate experts can help you get financing easily and safely. We’ll put you in contact with a professional broker who’ll be able to help you obtain a mortgage bank loan and will advise you throughout the process.

The bank will perform a credit check and the interest rates that they can give you may range from 9 to 13%. In order for the bank to grant you the loan, the property you want must already be built, as they cannot give financing during the construction phase.

Reach out to us today and we’ll put you in contact with a trusted professional broker who’ll help you get a mortgage loan and advise you throughout the process.

Financing real estate abroad | Tao Mexico

Financing of luxury homes for foreigners

What if you’re not Mexican? Not to worry, the process can be just as easy for people from anywhere outside of Mexico, we offer direct financing through the developer. This is a great option as it not only eliminates the need to review your credit history, but it also is provided at a lower interest rate than a Mexican bank which makes this process smooth and easy.

Be careful: many developers in the area say that they provide financing during the construction phase, but in reality it’s not financing, since they don’t deliver the property until it’s been paid in full.

At TAO Mexico, we offer the following conditions and benefits:

  • Refundable reservation deposit fee of $5,000 USD
  • 20% at closing
  • Pay only 30% during the construction and 50% before delivery
  • Developer financing: the remaining 50% of your new property will be paid over the next 5 years at the low interest rate of 7%*

*Although this percentage rate is higher than those offered by US banks, with Tao Mexico, a credit check is not required. This means that some banks will not authorize financing. Interest rates will vary over time.
