Frecuently Asked Questions
1. Where can I find all the complete information about the projects?
Once you register with us, we will assign you a salesperson from our team who will share a Google Drive link, where you will find several folders with the different projects we handle with renders, photographs, brochures, videos and updated inventories.
2. Who can I discuss commissions and the work process with?
The salesperson from our team assigned to you will be sharing with you a commission agreement where our projects and the commission to be paid when the sale is closed are stipulated. Likewise, that same advisor will be in charge of guiding you in the work process.
3. Can I visit your properties to get to know them before offering them to my clients?
Of course! We would love to schedule a tour for you or your team, and we will gladly take you to see our built properties and/or projects under construction. We will also give you a detailed presentation of who we are so that you can share the most valuable information with your clients.
4. When are commissions paid?
Once the client signs the promise of sale contract and 20% of the down payment is reflected in the developer’s accounts, the sale closing is processed in order to pay the corresponding commission. From that moment, 7 business days are estimated for the payment of the commission. It is important to consider that our team will request certain documents in order to make the payment of said commission.
5. Many of my clients prefer to pay into a bank account in the United States. Is this possible?
Yes, depending on the development we have bank accounts in both Mexico and the United States.
6. How does your financing work?
Most developers state in their advertising that they provide financing, however, this financing is only during construction, and the client, before the property is delivered, has to cover 100%, this for us is not direct financing. We deliver possession of the property with only having paid the first 50% and we can finance the rest for a certain period (you can use/rent it while continuing to pay). Financing only applies to foreigners.
7. If the prices are in dollars, how much is the value in pesos?
If your client is going to pay in Mexican pesos, the conversion is made at the exchange rate of the Official Gazette of the Federation on the day of payment.
8. In what areas do you have projects to offer my clients?
We have developments in the Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos
